We will have an initial call for you to understand what coaching is. I will find out more about you, your aspirations and goals, and discover what you would like to achieve from coaching.
The purpose is to establish if coaching is right for you and not to waste your time and energy if it is something that you feel will not work for you or it’s simply not the right timing.
If you decide to go ahead, you will receive a welcome pack with some homework, based on the whole life model, to be done before your first coaching session.
The whole life model, often referred as the Life Wheel, is a coaching tool that I use to evaluate where you are at for various aspects of your life – career, family and relationships, finances, health and well-being, personal growth, physical environment, and fun and creativity. Your state of happiness is determined by all these different areas of your life as they are linked and inter-dependable.
First Coaching Session
We will discuss your responses and thoughts from the whole life model homework at the first coaching session, and you will have a better understanding of your state of happiness.
We will work together to set clear goals , and will also determine what changes you would like to achieve from coaching.
Your Coaching Journey Begins
This will set the beginning of your coaching journey to help you overcome obstacles that are stopping you from moving from where you are to where you want to be.
